The Program

  1. Select your daily calorie allowance which is determined by your start weight.
  2. Replace breakfast and lunch with an OptiMan shake
  3. Include snacks between meals and a normal dinner without exceeding your calorie allowance
  4. Incorporate 2 litres of water throughout the day to flush out waste accumulation from the fat burning process
